This is how you use Total Microderm Exfoliator:

Apply to cleansed skin. Moisten hands and massage into skin for up to one minute. Remove with lukewarm water. Do not leave on skin longer than 3 minutes. Intensive exfoliation is best for skin accustomed to stronger skin rejuvenation and exfoliation.
